This rafting expedition will leave from Fairbanks and you will be flown into Bettles, AK where you will get on a smaller aircraft that will be taking the group into the bush! Over the next 8 days, you will paddle approx. 50 miles of the Nigu River as well as hike on multiple days in different locations. This is a beautiful time of the year with 24 hours of daylight which leaves you unlimited opportunities to view wildlife, take breathtaking photos, and just take in this remote paradise. We also offer 2 other length variations of this trip:

• 10 days: $8,500, this trip will run the entire 70-mile length of the Upper Nigu as well as include more opportunities for hiking. 

• 14 days: $9,000, if you would like to push yourself farther and see the beautiful Brooks Range in depth this is the choice for you! After paddling the Nigu well into the Brooks Range you will pack up the gear and spend the remainder of your trip hiking near Craven's Peak and Oyukak Mountain, making camp as you head to the pick-up point!
